Marriott briefed us to come up with a video about the various career paths that are available within the company. We were restricted to what we could create in-house, but even that was no limit for my creative thinking.


The rhyming script coupled with stop-motion animation techniques combined to make an engaging video that brought to life the variety of paths that employees can zig-zag their way through on the way to success.


Without any paid social support, the video gained over 150,000 views on YouTube and several comments from jobseekers who were inspired to apply.


The video, combined with our other communications efforts for Marriott Hotels, won a Silver EVCOM for Best Regular Communication.
